How do I get images to show up in category and archive pages? Right
now the images don't show up. Any help would be appreciated.

Well here's one way of doing it;

Open: wp-content/themes/fauna/templates/template-post.php
Go to line 35 where it says:

the_excerpt();

and replace it with:

the_content(__('Continue reading this entry','fauna').' »');

Done.
