Feature Suggestion: Account/Lead warmer

I have a really hard time keeping up on following up with leads pretty regularly - it's too easy to get overwhelmed with recent emails and forget to go back and follow up.

I thought it would be pretty nice to have a feature to mark an account or leads as "keep warm", which means if I haven't emailed them, or they haven't emailed me in X days, it would send me a warning email that the lead is getting colder and colder, until I unchecked the "keep warm" option for the given lead.

It's a pretty simple way to be much more effective and not have to bring in another program for it - if there's something in FF that does it already, I'd love to hear about it. Otherwise, what do people think about having this feature - would it be generally useful?
