Plugin Help

Hi All,

I have taken Michaels crm_sample_tabs plugin and modified it to have a product tab and model.  I have most of it working, migrations, etc., but I can not add a product with the create_product form, when I click the "Create Product" button nothing happens, not even an error.  I have spent about 20 hours trying to figure out what I am missing. I know that the plugin model is changing with the re-write and 3.1 but I would still like to figure out what I am missing as I learn FFC and hope to contribute to the project as capable.  I can post the plugin source, just let me know where I should upload it to.
