FF, here is your second chance to do a sanctioned RBC mt bike ride in Irondequoit Bay Park West. I'll be leading the RBC ride starting at 9AM on Saturday 6/22 at the parking area near the enterance to the Fish & Game Club on Irondequoit Bay at the bottom of Orchard Park Blvd.
These are beginner to intermediate trails. They have a very nice flow to them, with plenty of aerobic hills to climb. Alot of the log hop overs have flat go arounds, and the trail obstacles that you choose to walk, we'll wait. This is a strict no drop ride. We'll ride for about 2 hrs with very little trail overlap. The ride of choice is a fat tire mt bike, especially if you want to do the log-overs.... more »

It’s coming!!! A Great Ride for a Great Cause!!! The 4th Annual LDA Finger Lakes Cycling Classic Road Race and Tour!!! Please note the date change. Previous Cycle Classics were held on Father’s Day. This year’s event will take place on Sunday, June 30 at the Hunt Hollow Ski Resort. The course for this “Citizens Road Race” is a 36-miler around Honeoye Lake that offers some challenging climbs and beautiful scenery. The race features a controlled rolling start with a pace car and computer chip timing. Riders may enter the race as a team (minimum 3 members). Prizes are given to top finishers. Those who would prefer to “tour” can opt to do the same 36 mile “race” course or a shorter and flatter 22 mile course. Lunch, event tee shirts, door prizes and other goodies are provided to all participants and all is provided for the very affordable $40.00 Registration Fee.
