Deterministic translator

Hello,

one of the oldest issues in the tracker has been fixed: The translator
is now deterministic. This means that not only will subsequent runs on
the same machine and the same python version yield the same SAS+ files,
but the output will even be the same on different machines and across
all supported python versions. The benefit of this change is that it
will be easier to measure impacts of changes to the translator and the
search code. Without the randomness in the translator we can spot
differences more easily.
