While I was in Madison for my AmeriCorps Farm to School training this
week, I was asked to help procure some local food to be included in
the lunch for this event. They're expecting around 200 people, in a
couple of weeks. Monday I may have a chance to talk with the chef at
Holiday Inn and find out more details. In the meantime, because time
is so short, I thought I'd get it out there and see what might be
available.
