Asparagus is bustin' out all over here at Maplewood Gardens. I've
picked a hundred and thirty pounds in the last 5 days, both purple and
green. If you were thinking about freezing some, now is the time.
Maybe you would like to set a new personal record for eating
asparagus, or maybe you would just like a couple of pounds. We have
beautiful baby beet greens and baby arugula, too. Oh yeah, there's
the purple spinach, too. I'll be in Point on Wednesday. Give me a
holler if this makes you hungry. CSA boxes start in two weeks.
