Code Sample: RSS Feed

Just added another code sample to the WIKI. Would love to see more of
these -- we're just looking for good code examples with comments, no
need to bother with lengthy explanations.

"Building an RSS feed is very straightforward in ColdFusion. The trick
in FarCry Framework is knowing where to put the code. This example is
taken directly from the Fullasagoog website."

Am happy to politely review any submissions with respect to daemon's
internal guidelines -- i think it would be a valuable learning
experience for everyone.
a) gives core committers a chance to see how folks are using the
framework,
b) gives the wider community a better idea of how the framework
builders thought features might be used.

So basically get handy functions that are used in Coldfusion and
convert them to Farcry suitable code examples, i think that's a good
idea indeed, so users can quickly see how it's done and puzzle with
those snippets themselves.

And for contributors also a quick and easy way to share some knowledge
and idea's.
