FC5 + Friendly URLs

Hey,
I've check the documentation for earlier versions but for the life of
me cannot get the Friendly URL working in the FC5.0 release. Under the
general config/friendly url config I have tried changing the Domain
field from mollio.local to the name of the local site then rebuilding
to no avail. Right now it only shows http://localhost:8500/go/support,
for example. While we are at it... can someone explain the blank field
under the alias or content item on the Manage Friendly URL page?
Any and all assistance will be appreciated.
