Flurry of minor releases: thanks for your feedback, its much
appreciated!

Please ensure you're running the latest build when reporting issues:

Am now running through the installer adding hints and help text in an
effort to get it gumby proof. Was going to say we're probably not in
a fit state for non-FarCry developers just yet but I see folks have
started to let the cat out of the bag... oh well, this is the
internet. Hopefully we can nail the most obvious issues in a hurry
before people new to the mix start encountering troubles.

Again thanks for the feedback -- but don't stop now! We're working
hard to make 5.0 appeal to the widest possible CF demographic.

attempting to download the zip asks for a password and when i dont
provide it does not grant me access
