Not able to Login

It appears to be accepting the logins as it does not state the login
is incorrect. It does not however actually log people in. I am unable
to get to any screen as it keeps redirecting me to the login page, but
when i login, it keeps me on the login page.
Any thoughts?

In the CF Administrator, activate the checkbox for "Use J2EE session
variables" in the "Memory Variables" section.
