Resize the title when image is displayed? And other title/alt/desc options.

Hi

I'm not really a code-thingy person and I'm having problems successfully styling my galleries. I'm using the NGG gallery on wordpress. The NGG Gallery Optimizer plugin is coming up with the fancybox bit so I'm not sure which files to hack away at.

When you're browsing the pictures, the text is from the desc field of the image. How do I max-width that text and it's box so that it isn't all on the same one long line? And how do I add title and alt to the text that is displayed?
