how to close fancy box

fancybox is great. I wanna use this in my project but when i use i have login fancybox page opens on my home.php and after clicking submit i want to close the fancybox.I tried several tricks but it didnt work for me.So please tell me how to close fancybox window after clicking submit button?

I am unable to find the solution i dont know where to post this code.I have page when u click login a facybox window opens.The thing i want is that when i click submit i want it to go to next page but the fancybox window must be closed.As done in blogger when we create new blog.
