fancybox draggable not working with new fancybox version

I try to use "fancybox draggable" with new version of fancybox 1.3.1

but this is not working in any browser.....

to make it work with the new version (v1.3.1)
replace this line:
$("#fancy_outer").easydrag();

with this line:
$("#fancybox-wrap").easydrag();
