How to remove fancybox (not closing)

hi, playing around with fancybox.

I have some images (same rel) to fancybox them. But the image (and so
the href) can be changed by the user. But once fancybox is called, it
will not get the new href so when clicking the new image i will get
the 'old' big picture.

Do I have to remove/restart the fancybox? Can I reset it in some sort
of way?

It it also possible to 'live' bind the fancybox (so added <a
rel="lightbox"><img /></a> will also get the fancybox) ?
