Hello everyone,
I'm building my website, and I have a "contact me" image which I'd like to
either 1- link to a form on a different page, displaying the popup in
fancybox or 2- simply have a form in fancybox that pops up when the image
is selected.  

Currently, the the image simply linked to the form, it opens the form on a
completely different page, without any popup or fancybox effects.  I'm not
sure how to fix this problem...any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
