on the website and I need content. I know a number of you ran Falmouth
this year -- I'd love to get some descriptions of the experience

FTC volunteers for Falmouth Sprint Triathlon

The Falmouth Track Club has been in touch with Rich Havens of TimeOut
Productions, race director of the Falmouth Sprint Triathlon, about
supplying a group of volunteers for the event.
This triathlon will be held on Sunday, July 19 starting at Surf Drive

Numbers for Falmouth Road Race Available through Easter Seals

Andrew Greene of Easter Seals Massachusetts has contacted the club
stating that he has three race numbers remaining for the 2009 Falmouth
Road Race. If anyone is interested in running Falmouth for the Easter

Elizabeth Hutchinson Race on Aug. 29

The Elizabeth Hutchinson Memorial 5-mile race will be held for the
second time this year. The date is Aug. 29, at North Falmouth
Elementary School, 62 Old Main Rd., No. Falmouth, at 9:00 a.m. The

Solstice Mile this Sunday, June 21

The Solstice Mile will be held this Sunday, June 21, at 6 pm at the
Falmouth High School track. This is a timed run and there is no entry
fee. This is a run for all ages and all ability levels. Ken Gartner

Osterville, which is being held on Saturday, June 20 at 6 pm. (New
