loading animation morphs

Hi,
 
I got problem with loading animation morphs into my own head with Facegen customizer and Modeler.
The integration setup is done and my head model also fully functioning with the photo fit. However after loading the animation morphe (obj file) in the Geometry Integration process (see attachement 1), my Model crash in FaceGen Modeler when adjust the paramater in Morphe tab (see attachement 2). Using the same Geometry Integration process with the FaceGen default model, everything is OK. So I am confused. Can anyone help me!

Hello Peter,

The result you're seeing is not a crash, but the result of vertex mis-
ordering.

In the Customizer Model Geometry Integration step, the base model and
the morph target must have the same vertex ordering. If not, you will
get a random mess of triangles as you have seen.

You have to be careful as some operations and some exporters in 3D
modelling packages will re-order vertices without telling you.
