Does't display Texture!

I installed FaceGen free version(Version 3.5.1 built Oct 22 2010 ),

but it does't display texture.

Texture Mode in View tab is on, but head's color is all gray.

I have two PC,

one is Desktop(windows vista 64bit),

another is notebook (windows xp).

Both PC do not display a texture first since I started.

What's happens?

Hello, please try the following:

1. Make sure your graphics drivers are up-to-date, including your
OpenGL driver.

2. Uninstall then install the latest build, v3.5.3, by downloading
directly from our webiste:

http://www.facegen.com/demos.htm

It was settled.
I appointed my user name in Japanese(2-byte character),
After switching to English, a texture was displayed.
