Morpher problem in 3DSMax

Check it, OK I import all my morph heads into 3DSMax, Using the
standard head I ad the Morpher to the stack then I pick the angry head
then crank it up to 100, I notice the "sock" part of the mouth did not
morph with the head.
So I try "Attaching" all the mouth parts to the head on both the
standard and the angry head.
Now everything looks fine BUT the sock now flips all around when the
morph is toggled.

Which format are you exporting to for import into 3DSMax ?

Are there any 3DSMax experts out there who can comment on what might
be going wrong ?

OK I see it has something to do with the "order" I am attaching.
