Can some1 pl tell the best techniques to detect eye,nose,lips in facial image?

The best technique is what you train with a rich database set which
contain eye, nose and lips.
You can use AAM(Active Appearance model) or Haar-like filters to
detect. But you need a database which contain these components. Haar-
like filters are fast and good enough. AAM is also good but weak to
illumination. Also, you need to have a database which is carefully
marked.
