Dear FABM users:
I am running a small test setup using GETM and the iow_spm module from FABM.
The test setup is a channel with two open boundaries, where the flow starts from rest and then starts flowing from one side to the other.
I am using all the newest versions of GETM, FABM, GOTM compiled on a cluster using gfortran.
At the first time step, I get the following error messages:
'fabm_check_ready','FABM is lacking required data.'
data for dependency "iow_spm_bottom_stress", defined on a horizontal slice of the model domain, have not been provided
However, if I run the setup without 3d boundaries (bdy3d=False), I do not get any error message.
I can also run the model with 3d boundaries if I compile it without fabm.
I have another more complex setup where I also use the iow_spm, but I had never had such a problem.
Any Ideas?
Rebards,
Matias
