WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY, St. Louis, MO. The Department of Philosophy
and the Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology (PNP) program welcome
applications for two Post-Doctoral Fellowships for the 2009-2010
academic year. Housed within Philosophy, the PNP program promotes
formal and informal interaction with Washington University
psychologists and neuroscientists. It includes a PhD program and an
undergraduate major. The PNP program has a wide range of course and
seminar offerings, and regular colloquia and research group meetings.
The teaching load for fellows is two courses per year in the
Department of Philosophy or the PNP program. Fellows will also
present two public lectures, carry out independent research, and
coordinate a variety of PNP functions. There is a strong probability
that, with successful performance, the fellowship could be renewed for
a second year, 2010-2011. More information on the PNP program is
available at
http://www.artsci.wustl.edu/~pnp/. Interested
candidates should send a CV listing at least three references and a
short statement of teaching and research interests to Post-Doctoral
