September's main event for Thoemmes Press was the Michael Oakeshott
Association Inaugural Conference, which was held Monday 3 - Wednesday 5, at
the London School of Economics, and was attended by both Rudi and Alison.
The event was very well attended and Rudi hosted a prize draw to win a free
set of Thoemmes books, the lucky winner being Cynthia Ryan of New York, USA.
The Association has put together a new website to publicise their aims and
details of the event can also be found there.
