I have heard from

Aberdeen,Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Central Lancashire, Durham, UEA,
Exeter, Glasgow, Greenwich, Hertfordshire, Heythrop, Keele, Liverpool,
Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan (Cheshire), Middlesex, Nottingham,
Southampton, Sussex, UCL, Warwick

and i am grateful to correspondents from those places for the information
they have supplied. If any of you can tell me about other institutions
not listed above i would be very grateful.
