I think in the case of this joke, she was referring to going against
Palin in the primaries in which case she'd have to be on the
Republican ticket. I don't think it meant anything more than that.

Though she's obviously 'liberal' on social issues, Tori has become
increasingly anti-taxation as her wealth has grown :)
