My client, an elite global proprietary trading firm, based out of New York is actively looking for exceptional software developers that have a strong interest and experience of functional programming to join their expanding Hong Kong Office.
Successful candidates will be working on my client’s customized in-house trading systems, where you will be involved in a variety of tasks including trading system optimization and high frequency trading algorithm development, etc. The ideal candidate will be an excellent problem-solver, have excellent communication skills, as well as a can-do attitude.
Main requirements:
Experience in a high performance programming role at a leading technology institution
Solid understanding/interest/experience of functional languages - SML, Scala, Ocaml, Scala etc
Excellent software development skills
High level of problem solving ability
Excellent academic background in ideally computer science, maths or physics (PhD is ideal)
Sell:
