I've been using SUPHOST=cvsup17.freebsd.org on my P3 RELENG_8 box.

World built successfully, in 6 hours. "make buildkernel" kept blowing up
in the if_re driver, 28 minutes in. When I commented out all references
to "RL_HWREV_8168DP" it broke later in the build. I blew away /usr/obj
and /usr/src and tried again, same issues. I did make delete-old
delete-old-lib, just in case. Blew away /usr/[src|obj]. Same issue.

My other RELENG_8 boxes weren't having this issue, so I was beginning to
suspect hardware. Finally I tried a different cvsup server and got a
lot of changes from 2009.08.03. Unfortunately, I didn't use my normal
scripts so didn't get a log of what all it checked out.

Just a heads-up.

Yes, I noticed that about a month ago when my buildworld started
failing. cvsup17 is (seemingly) sponsored by the weather channel
(weather.com). Wasn't sure to send a heads up too.

The best place to e-mail for this sort of thing is hu...@FreeBSD.org. I
believe cvsup17 should be good to go now.
