[Caml-list] Camlp5 release 5.05

Hi everybody,

New release of Camlp5: 5.05

Changes:

- added function Pcaml.quotation_location returning, in quotation
expanders, the location of the quotation in the source file.
- added generation of the file META for ocamlfind (built in
directory "etc").
- some bug fixes and improvements.
