Call for a chaperone for the Georgian Delegation to the Hague 2013

[EYP Georgia]

Dear all, 

European Youth Parliament Georgia is looking for a chaperone for the Georgian Delegation to the 2nd International Forum of EYP the Netherlands. The session will take place from the 3rd until the 8th of November 2013, in the beautiful city of Hague.

The theme of the session will be “Young Energy for Europe”. As such, it will be a unique type of event where delegates will be able to actually provide input for a large energy company. Therefore, we are aiming for exceptional standards in terms of academic quality and to discuss urgent solutions for Europe’s growing energy issues.

The session will gather around 120 delegates from all over Europe and 8 Georgian delegates were already chosen. 

In order to qualify as a

haperone, you have to:

• be able to communicate in English language;

• have participated in an EYP event OR possess extensive information about the aims and the activities of the organization;

• be able to pay the participation fee
  ​, which is not specified yet, but it will be more than 100 EUR​

• be able to cover your own transportation to
  ​the Netherlands 
  and back.

 you will have to take care of the Georgian delegation and attend the special programme for
