compile code for android in command line interface

Hello.

I am a visually impaired programer.

I am looking for the more accesible way to write code for android.

I still using eclipse, but, it is not a optimous way to program.

I understand that I can compile the java and xml code using the command
line.

It is true?

How I can do that?

Eclipse GYI IDE is not so accessible with screen readers, command line
could be an option.

Can you help me?
