Anything new in Android 4.2?

Hello,

I visited the Android whats new page today, and they seem to highlight
some additional accessibility features. First some screen magnifier
features, which sound awesome. But also something described as " Blind
users can use Gesture Mode to reliably navigate the UI using touch and
swipe gestures in combination with speech output". Is this suggesting
anything new?
