I live in Massachusetts and im buying a car from New Hampshire. In
order to get it back I will have to tow it as its not in running
condition. A family friend has a tow truck but he believes that since
it is olny registered in Massachusetts he cannot tow the car out of
New Hampshire. So my question is can we tow the car with that tow
truck or can't we.
