Node builds fine under Cygwin, but while trying to build under Windows
using Cygwin I get this error:

cp -f docs/executable.1 /usr/local/man/man1/express.1
cp: cannot create regular file `/usr/local/man/man1/express.1': No
such file or directory
make: *** [install-docs] Error 1

My install of Cygwin doesn't have a /usr/local/share directory. Local
only has bin, lib and etc. Pointing the docs install target to /usr/
share instead of the /usr/local $(Prefix) works fine.

It's a similar problem for Connect.

This installation works without issue on my Linux VM, I just didn't
have access to it today.

hmm i suppose we could mkdir -p those dirs, but they would
probably not be picked up by man by default anyways then
