It gives me great pleasure to announce a UK first - an iPhone app
which gives you access to the two main superbug (MRSA and C.
difficile) infection rates in your local hospitals!

Thanks to the Government's data transparency policy, it is now
possible to see the official infection rates at all English hospitals,

 Hi
I have experience relating to social marketing / behavioral drivers of users of urgent and emergency care. Happy to share
However I would throw in the mix that getting people accessing the most appropriate services first enhances experiences. Also a fundamental consideration for efficiency and productivity

It is so exciting to see healthcare organisations starting to use a
question relating to recommendation.

A Net Promoter Score however is obtained only by asking "How likely
are you to recommend" and offering a scale of 0 to 10 with 0 being not
at all and 10 the most likely. Those responding 9 and 10 ONLY are

 Hello all
In our Trust we have been using the question - "Would you recommend the ward/department/hospital to your family and friends? Yes/No" on our real time patient experience trackers and have nearly 20,000 responses that say 95% would. This is pretty good evidence for the PCT, SHA and our customers.
