New EXPath Conversion Module

Hi Florent,

I send you our specification for the EXPath conversion module, which has
already been discussed on the EXPath mailing list[1]. I attach both the
html and the xml file. Can you upload them on the EXPath web site? If you
have any notes on the specification, feel free to write to me. Thank you
in advance!

Hi Rosita,

for the convert:transform-xml functions it would be very nice to be able to specify the XSLT implementation as well..... maybe even an XSLT level (1,2,3)
