[ANN] New release of the Packaging System implem: expath-repo 0.4.0

Hi,

I have just released a new version of expath-repo, the Java
project implementing the EXPath Packaging System. It provides an
on-disk repository manager (it supports repositories from the
classpath as well). It provides also support for Saxon and
Calabash[1].

and doc. The version 0.4.0 is downloadable from the following

[1] The support for Calabash requires a specific build of
Calabash itself. See my next announcement email for
