Hello everyone,

Well, now that I have everyone's attention with the message about Seafair (which is a great deal, by the way, if you are interested in attending any of those events, you have til 9pm for that price), I will do what I intended and that is to remind you all of the reunion, which is now a little over a month away.

Date is Saturday, June 27, 2009 10am until 6pm. It is a couple hours longer than in the past as it just never seems like enough time to catch up.

If you know anyone who worked in Lake Stevens, please contact them and let them know it is happening.  And yes, of course, manufacturing folks are invited.  Appears there was some confusion on that in the past.  It is for ALL Lake Stevens Site, Past and Present Employees. We want to see ya all!!

Cost is $20.00 per HP/Agilent Employee

Non HP/Agilent Spouse is $10.00

 

This is a change from the past.  If you already paid $20.00 for a Non HP/Agilent Spouse, I will refund you the money at the reunion.

Well, we are down to a couple weeks until we get together again.  I keep hearing of people who are just finding out about the event, so talk to all those you know and remind everyone of the event when you talk to them as often emails change and people don't remember to change it on the exlks site.  We want to reach out to all as so nice to visit and see our long time friends again.
 
If you are planning on attending and just have not paid yet,  or if you are on the fence, email me as I need a count for the food and need to have that by June 20.  Preference is to pay in advance, but you are welcome to pay at the door.

Hello everyone,

 

A reminder that the reunion is scheduled for less than two weeks away. How fast the time goes by.

Unfortunately there has not been much response this year.  So far, maybe 10 paying by Pay Pal and less than that responding with checks. Need 50 to 75 to cover costs, which most needs to be purchased this weekend.

I am considering rescheduling to Saturday, September 11, weekend after Labor Day, if the hall is available. If not, will skip this year and reschedule into next. 

I would like your input on this.

If you are planning on attending and just have not paid or planned on paying at the door, please reply to this email that you plan on attending...or let me know if Sept 11 would work better.

Hello everyone,

 

Unfortunately due to many schedule conflicts, those able to attend were not enough in numbers to hold the reunion scheduled for this Saturday. Please pass the word.

 

Many of you were excited to once again get together with those from our HP/Agilent ‘family’ and many replied that you wanted to attend, but felt that later in the year would work better.

 

I am currently looking at the schedule for Saturday, September 11 as I mentioned earlier, and will let you know if the hall is available. Please reply if that date works.

 

I will hold the money until the next event, unless you want your money returned. Let me know and I will be happy to do that for now until we decide what is the best time to have the next reunion.

Hello Everyone,

 

Wanted to let you all know that the date for the next reunion is September 11, 2010.  Based on feedback from many folks, this should be a better time of year.  This is our fifth annual, but probably last ‘annual’ event, as next one will be in two to three years, so 2012 or 2013.  The location remains the same at the Kenmore Community CLUB. Time will be probably 4pm start. See info below. I will be sending out periodic reminders.  Please let all folks know as we still have some who are just learning about this event.

 

Any money paid will transfer to the new day, unless you tell me otherwise. Also want to thank all of you who participate and those who contribute extra in support of this event continuing to happen.
