Wenderina,
I may be able help you; but it’ll take me more than a tad bit of time to track down the information I’ll need to do that.
A couple of decades ago, Kris K. Replogle and I corresponded about our common heritage via RIDDLEs, WALLACEs, GLASSes, and others. He subsequently posted a genealogy on the Internet, but I can’t now find it; looks like it has ‘passed away’ for some reason. In addition, since then my major focus has been on upgrading my genealogy database w.r.t. EWINGs (see www.ewingfamilyassociation.org/EGD_Project/James_of_Inch/index.htm) but only minimally w.r.t. my RIDDLE and other family ancestry.
So ... I suspect that you’re related into the EWING ‘forest’ via some inter-marriages with RIDDLEs, WALLACEs, GLASSes, etc. I’ll see what I can find out, but it’ll take some serious expansion of my genealogy database, and therefore some time, before I can get back to you. Anything you can tell me about your relationships to RIDDLEs, WALLACEs, GLASSes, and other families would be a great help in focusing my efforts. Thanks in advance.
Cheers ... Bill
p.s. I’ve responded to you via the EFA list. But further interactions between us might better be direct – just you-to-me and vice versa – since the information contained in our messages may be of interest to a very few of the list members.
