No, I'm afraid not. Because the ontology is continuously being
extended and refined, any static reference document that lists the
categories and facets to which an entity can belong will be out-of-
date within a few news cycles. And adding API support to return an
exhaustive list of facets for all entities in the current ontology is
not a high priority.
