In Jude 1:20-21 we are exhorted to

- build each other up in your most holy faith
- pray in the power of the Holy Spirit
- await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal
life

He says, "In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God's love." Oh,
how I need the safety of God's love.

I’m also weighing more lately. I’ve been suffering from BLFS = Beast-Like
Flesh Syndrome (a.k.a. Nebuchadnezzar’s Disease) and as a result, I’ve put
on a lot of flesh (cf. Elliot and Chip’s devos). It’s an insidious illness,
unseen to most. When I’m out and about, I hide it with my good-behavior
