Subject: Revised Evergreen Criteria and Revised Evergreen Project Plan Instructions
We have posted a new version 1.3 of the Evergreen Criteria on the
Evergreen website.  We have also posted a new version 1.2 of the EPP
Instructions.  Both of these documents provide clarification but do
not make substantive changes.

Green Development Plan requirements (Evergreen Criterion 1-1) have
been clarified.  Criteria 5-4 & 6-1 have improved language regarding
how to meet their requirements.  The first table in Criterion 5-11 was
adjusted to correct typo errors.  For Criterion 6-6, the Energy Star
Roofing Calculator is no longer required.  Criterion 7-1 has adjusted
language that clarifies the requirement.  There are a few other minor
changes.

The Instructions on how to fill out the Evergreen Project Plan
incorporate language that gets more specific about how to fill in the
form, what to attach, and what not to attach.  These changes are based
on our experience working with project sponsors to date.  Hopefully
the result will be better first submission EPPs with less need for HTF
Contract Manager follow-up, a shorter approval process, and less paper
being sent into this office.
