The WIKI mentions an IRC channel. Could someone fill inn the

I have added the details to the WIKI.
What about contact info for the paid support. It is also mentioned on
the "Getting help" page, but details are missing.

I am not sure if that paid support is still available. We are happy to provide as much support as we can without pay, so please try us in the IRC channel first. Aman (tmm1) has done the most work on the Java code recently, so you can look for a response from him probably later today.--
