500 1966 Barracuda's factory built with 318ci
Here's a interesting post on FABO about factory built 1966 Barracuda's with 318ci engines. For Trans-Am racing. Where are they now? [link] I remember speaking to someone at Carlisle who owned a early Barracuda with a 318ci from the factory. I frankly didn't believe him (I stand corrected!).... more »

Fender Attachment
Good day all I was watching Chop Cut Rebuild and they were working on a 41 Willies. They had the front fenders off and were installing an attachment that would allow easy removal and adjustment of the fender. I have the front fender off my 1966 Barracuda for body work.It looked like a plug that was bolted on to the rails where the fenders sit. I was not able to get the name of it. Does anybody have a clue what this is. And could we use it on the A Bodies? Thanks.... more »

google groups
Just curious about something I noticed on a google search. The header on a google groups page says, "The old Google Groups will be going away soon. Switch to the new Google Groups. " No idea if this has any impact on our group, but I thought it worth mentioning. Any idea what that's about? Seems like when a "new" internet... more »

Do you have an extra headlight knob?
The knob you pull to turn on the car's headlights has mysteriously disappeared. I knew it was loose, but I don't remember it actually falling off. I just noticed it wasn't there one day when I went to turn on the lights. Stolen? Wedged in the car somewhere? Spontaneously combusted? I don't know.... more »

convertible tops
Does anyone have a recommendation for purchasing a new convertible top (1965 Dart GT vert - yes the one I was selling!?) On line there are several companies with unfamiliar names, but costs seem to be comparable at$275 - $325 for "everything" whatever that means. Legendary doesn't have them (Laysons does but...). There seems to be two types of fabric, original Haartz Pinpoint vinyl and Haartz Stayfast Canvas (2x$).... more »
