stock vinyl top

Did valiants ever come with vinyl tops?  Saw one this weekend at a mopar show. owner says its stock.  link to picture below

I have seen a few 66 Barracudas with a 1/2 vinyl top. They look strange.

my 65 4 valiant door sedan is a vinyl top.

 

V8 was special here in Australia, vinyl denoted something luxurious was on the go. Auto only, bucket seats, Barracuda shifter…all very special baby

I finally got my 64 titled and I now have a license plate in hand.  I know I can just bolt is to the rear valance but I also know that originally the installation used some bumpers and other hardware.  I can't tell from my parts manual what should be there.  I saw some bumpers on eBay but I was wondering if these pieces are generic enough to be available at the local parts store?

If I am remembering correctly; there are two white plastic push in square retainers that hold the screws. The 66 targa vinyl on the b'cuda was an option. A full covering on a valiant is new to me.
