1972 Roadrunner For Sale

Hello All,

 

A co-worker/friend is selling his 1972 Plymouth Roadrunner.  Here’s the info and pictures he sent me:

I finally decided it may be time to sell the Roadrunner, I just don't have the

time, and it needs someone that has time.

 

Are you or do you know someone in the club that is interested?

 

The attached pictures are a few years old, it is a little dusty at the moment,

not quite that pretty.

 

Currently it is not running, as you probably know, it hasn't for about a year

and a half.

 

All the clutch parts are brand new, including a new flywheel, but it still needs

balancing.  The transmission is currently out, but it was completely rebuilt

about two years ago.

 

It does need some work!!!!

 

I'm asking $5,000 o.b.o.

 

I also have a 87 Dodge Brougham motor home, class C 24ft,  I am looking to get

rid of....it runs, everything in it works, the suspension is a little loose and

it is burning oil, but it has a 440 motor in it, I believe around 90k miles.

 

I have always hoped to replace the 400 motor in the Roadrunner with the motor home’s

440...

 

I’m hoping to get $2,000 for the motor home.

 

If someone wants them both, it can be a package deal for $6,000.

 

I have to check on the registration status, but I believe they are both listed as

Non-Operational.

So, there’s all the info I have.  I have been bugging Tony to sell me this car for a few years now.  If things

were different [I had extra $$$ laying around] this email wouldn’t be going out and the Roadrunner would

be parked in my driveway!

Nothing against our A-bodies, but the '72 Roadrunner is up there in my all-time favorites and this one looks sweet!  Alas, I have no room for another ride.  Crap!!!
