we have finally sorted out the program and you will find it published

As you can see, we have tried to leave plenty of space for the  
lightning talks. So if you have an interesting project, or have  
implemented some interesting Ruby library, service or idea, don't be  
shy and come forward!

At the same time, we have reached the limit of available seats today.  
We know it may be painful for lots of you and are sorry about that.  
But there really is no other way.

Expect some e-mails from us in the next couple of days with  
invitations for Friday and Saturday parties.
