In addition the standard E-VAN's (which are going well), and the
discussion oriented E-VANs (where anyone can contribute, and which we
need to push forward) I was wondering what people think of having an
online book club?

It'd take some discipline/organization but I'm sure we could make it
work, the question is are you guys interested?

Well there should be little overhead, I'm thinking Skype might suit better than LiveMeeting as you can tell when people are trying to talk and we could maybe use the messenger feature to co-ordinate things (or its worth a try).
 
How do you think we should proceed with it?
