Michael,
I also tried the newest server and is seems like the latest glibc library is older that what formulize requires.

[root@demo6 formulize_0_98_1_X11_x86-64]# sh formulize.sh
/root/formulize_0_98_1_X11_x86-64/./formulize: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.15' not found (required by /root/formulize_0_98_1_X11_x86-64/./formulize)
/root/formulize_0_98_1_X11_x86-64/./formulize: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by /root/formulize_0_98_1_X11_x86-64/./formulize)

What do you want to run?

We have tested the formulize_server application runs on Centos 6.

The formulize desktop application ('formulize') currently requires a newer version of GLIBC than is available on Centos. It works on Ubuntu 12.04 and newer Fedora installations.

Jay, it looks like you downloaded and ran the linux desktop application there. You want the latest server version.

And not just the latest server version, but also ensure you download the latest file at

We re-released 0.98.1 with a statically linked Linux server binary a few weeks ago
