Any option to identify a group as "official"

Is there any option to identify a group as an "official" group, as in one that was created by say an admin? I know we can feature groups (which is great!), but just wondering if there's any option i'm missing to indicate to users that they're in a user-created group, vs and "official" one-

Not per se. You can turn on group creation moderation, then when
users create groups, they aren't visible/usable until approved by one
of the system administrators. Users wouldn't be able to distinguish
between groups which were initiated by a regular user vs. an admin,
but it would eliminate users seeing "rogue" groups.
